This is actually a pretty durable cable for my dash cam! I actually already have a cable for my vehicle's dash cam, however, since the value on this cable is great, I decided to get a spare, since I always have a back-up for everything, when it comes to all my electronics items. I love the length, and durablity of this cable, it's slightly thicker than the average cable, but NOT too thick. I probably may only need a 13 ft cable, or even 12ft, but this 15 ft cable allow me a few extra feet, for the possible wiring in my car. Most cable are too short, since I like to tuck the wires, so my car would have a very clean look, where the wires are not even visible after installation. I did the wiring myself, and this 15 ft cable is perfect. It's slightly thicker than my current one, so I switched out mine to test this cable, and so far, it's been good, without any issues and it kept my dash cam charged while I'm driving. I would highly recommend this product and it's a great value to purchased as a SPARE cable, like I did. I am happy with this purchase!

Bought this cable to charge and connect my calculator to my computer. It is inexpensive, much to its benefit. The build quality is average, no metal construction (other than the connectors), and you can see the rubber molding lines on the connector casing. However, the jacket is thick, and it is reinforced in the right places, with strain reliefs. This cable clearly has its priorities set right. If it was a more expensive cable, then this review would be different, but due to its price, it scores perfect marks.

i was struggling to update the firmware on a celestron hand controller and star sense camera. turns out, i needed cables capable of transmitting data and not just power (like to cables i had laying around already). once these were connected to the HC and camera, the CFM software suddenly detected the telescope instantly and firmware update was completed without hassle. these are a must have if you intend to update your celestron firmware and need the mini usb to usb connection type.
