I absolutely love our new beds! I spent time searching for an affordable bed frames that did not require a box spring. I dove into reviews and was sold. We needed something simple to assemble and beautiful —this checked both boxes. It arrived well-packaged and the quality is excellent—solid, sturdy, and reassuringly heavy. We bought this in several sizes !! Perfect choice!

For the price it seems very nice quality and very sturdy. Pretty easy to put together and the instructions were a little unclear at times but still easy enough especially with 2 people. Bed makes absolutely no noise and seems like a better quality than I expected. With a box spring, your mattress sits pretty high on this frame and the headboard may see kind of low, but still works just fine.

I read a lot of positive reviews about this bed, which was one of the reasons I purchased it. I'm glad I did. I'm absolutely shocked at the quality of this bed for the price. To clarify, one of the things I wanted to know before I bought it was the actual color. It is a true deep navy blue and it looks like linen. It's gorgeous. It does not look like blue jean material, as a couple people described it. Assembly was a breeze and it was only by picture. Not many parts and I believe you could put it together if you didn't have any instructions at all. Not a lot of pieces. The little bit of hardware there was, was nicely packaged. No tools required. The frame and assembly pieces are in the back of the head board, in a zippered pouch. Very cool idea! But what I was really pleased with, as I put the bed together was how sturdy everything was. Once the frame was put together I was really surprised to find that there were velcro strips on the rails and the slats are firmly stabilized once velcroed to the bed rails. The slats go from the headboard all the way to the footboard which is really great for a platform bed, especially since I bought a memory foam mattress, also by Zinus. I had a full bed with a Zinus mattress and bought one for my queen bed because they are incredible for the price, as well. I went with an 8-inch mattress for this bed so that a lot of the headboard can be seen. Even if I'd gone with a 10 inch mattress it still would leave a lot of headboard to look at which is nice. Anything thicker than that and a lot of the headboard would be lost. Once it was all put together, my next question was going to be how sturdy was the entire bed going to be? Would the headboard be moving back and forth or hitting the wall or moving around? Nope. Sturdy and solid. Same thing when I get in the bed, am laying in the bed or getting off the bed. It's been a couple of weeks and no bad news to report. Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend.

I love this bed! I researched a LOT of queen size platform beds on several sites to redecorate my guest room in a mid-century modern style. I was looking at value, quality, size, free shipping and color. I originally wanted white but was not able to meet my criteria. This is a small room, only about 9.5ft wide, with only one wall a bed can be placed. I needed narrower width to have room for 2 nightstands and shorter to have room to walk around. It is only a difference of 2-4 inches but that made a big difference in this room. I chose this bed with the straight legs rather than more common MCM style slanted legs. I didn’t want my elderly parents tripping over the legs if they stuck out any. I kept coming back to this bed and I am so happy I purchased it. Pros: • Sooo easy to assemble- see pics. The instructions were easy to follow. One person could probably do it. 2 of us built it in about 45 minutes (stopping to take pictures). • Light weight- Opened box downstairs and carried pieces upstairs. Once constructed it is light enough to re-center. (w/o mattress) • Sturdy and slats fit snug with velcro. • Love the color of heather blue • Headboard was taller than most; allows plenty of room for taller mattress. (Pictured with OLD mattress) • Overall dimensions (LxW) smaller than a lot of beds which I needed in this very small room. Cons: • The tool provided didn't work great; recommend allen wrenches and a ratchet. • The headboard legs are not upholstered to the floor which would have looked nicer. By the time I added bedding and nightstands this didn't matter. • Pay attention to the measurements of your space if you would prefer a slightly more substantial bed. Tips: • Leave the screws slightly loose so you can adjust the fit of the pieces into each other and so you can fit the slats in at the end. If you tighten first the slats may not all fit between the side pieces. Loosening the screws made it easy to push the slats down into place. Then of course tighten them all. • No issues as in negative reviews- no bed bugs, no broken pieces, no torn zippers. Overall this bed was an excellent value, shipped in the timeframe indicated, easy to assemble and looks great. BTW the lamps and nightstands also were purchased through Amazon. Still working on the rug and design elements. I cannot wait to finish decorating this room.

J'ai acheté ce lit en me disant à cause de certaines évaluations qu'au pire je pourrais le retourner... et bien j'ai été plus qu'agréablement surpris. La première surprise vient de l'emballage particulièrement intelligent (tout est emballé dans la tête de lit). Ensuite, vient l'assemblage et sérieusement, c'est juste magique: 10 morceaux, quelques vis, des outils fournis (clé -classique- mais aussi un ratchet -wow !!!); ça se fait seul, facilement. Les morceaux sont articulés, on les déplie, on met une vis pour les bloquer en place et c'est réglé. J'étais habitué à Ikea -pas très compliqué à monter, on s'entend- mais là c'est encore plus simple, 0 niaisage, 0 cassage de tête, puis ça va vite en ta' lol. Enfin, monté c'est super beau, grand et confo. Nb sur certaines photos du produit, il semble y avoir un motif dans le tissu (rendus 3D ?), en vrai ce n'est pas le cas le textile est super beau. Par rapport aux photos, je trouve aussi qu'il y a un tout petit peu de vert dans la couleur bleue (c'est pas bleu canard/teal mais il y a une petite touche subtile) c'est très beau.

This bedframe is really good quality. After 5 years and still sturdy and comfortable. I ordered the US king size which fits perfectly with my Zinus US king size mattress. I highly recommend..

Absolutely in love with this Bed Frame. After, no joke, around a week of daily searching for King sized frames that fit my budget OR offer my ideal style, I was burn out and stressed. Everything was either, a) very highly priced and not good looking enough to justify it or b) Really cheap and ugly, or just 'ok' looking'. I wasn't fully sold on this Zinus frame either. I thought it was nice, but didn't expect to be wowed. Furthermore I was worried about US reviews that mentioned Bed Bugs (even though it seemed like a regional warehouse issue). Well, I'm super glad I pulled the trigger on it. When it arrived I went over it with a fine tooth comb, a blue light and a torch, there was no sign of anything amiss and indeed, not a single flaw. I was blown away with this bed frame. I've bought a Queen bed frame at two times this price (in a local store) and it arrived in poor condition, damaged, not as nice as online and with very little slat support. This bed frame is METAL, not wood and the wooden slats it does have are very thick and numerous, they cover the whole base and give amazing support. There's even sound muffling to stop it squeaking (though you may hear the velcro moving occasionally. The quality of it is wonderful and in person the headboard doesn't look like denim (a worry of mine), but has a blue linen look that's really nice. Assembly is a dream. This is hands down the easiest bed assembly I've done and basically impossible to mess up. Simple, clear instructions. I can't think of a single negative and would heartily recommend it.
