I noticed a dramatic difference in the number of new breakouts I get in the 1st month of taking this.

After 4 days of taking these supplements it made my breakouts worst. I had breakouts in areas I don’t usually breakout in. Researching reasons why, Dr. Dray on YouTube listed many of the ingredients as supplements not to take or what can worsen your acne. I considered the thought of my skin purging but purging only happen in areas your normally break out. This was not the case for me.I’ll be stopping these supplements and these do not qualify for refund/return.

The media could not be loaded. My friend gave me some vitamins because I seen how her skin was clearing up. I search on Amazon, found them and order me a bottle. Product came quickly and no damage to the product. The Vitamins are easy to swallow and easy to store.

My son has been using this product for almost a month now. Unfortunately, up to today there hasn't been a clear change in his face. Maybe he has to finish the whole bottle to start seeing a difference but up to today there has been minimal improvement.

I've had problem skin for my whole life it feels like. Each of these ingredients I've read about before being beneficial for acne, so you can only assume them all together make the effect of clearing up your skin more pronounced. This is just worth it with the convenience factor- I did not have to purchase each supplement individually. Zinc picolinate is an awesome form of zinc that is easy for your body to absorb btw! It is beneficial for gut health and for fighting off infections which acne can absolutely be caused by.My skin does look a bit more glowy lately so this absolutely could be helping. I am taking more fish oil as well. They are likely working together :) def recommend if you get zitty like me.

This contains a nice variety of vitamins and minerals as well as some herbal supplements for skin breakouts. Most help with as an anti-inflammatory. I give these to my teenage son with good results. It doesn't clear up his skin completely but it does help lessen severe breakouts. I haven't used this brand before but it does seem reliable. The price is a little high but it is at a price point where one can give it a try without breaking the bank.

This is a good quality supplement. It’s very easy to take. I will continue to take this until the bottle is done and then I’ll come back to note any benefits. These things take a little time to work, in my experience.Update: no noticeable difference at this time.

The pill capsules were open and it looks like a bad quality pill . I don’t think it’s safe for anybody to use drink this
