I switched it out for a softer pillow support because the edges were hard on the backs of my arms.

This lumbar support is quite nice! Now that I'm working remotely most days I needed something that could offer me the same support asy office chair and decided to give this a try. So far it has given me just what I was looking for at a very affordable cost. It provides the lumber support needed and also helps me remember to maintain good posture while sitting.Setup was easy as it's just a strap that slides over the back of the chair, and it can be adjusted to sit at whatever height is needed.
