Absolutely Love!!
This was a really unique product, for the longest I had been wanting a PC but did not have the money for it. After finding out about Mini PCs, I wanted to look for something that worked well with a great price. The KAMRUI Mini PC was an amazing choice. Works perfectly for my home office, super easy to set up small and compact so it doesn't take up much space. Runs Windows incredibly smooth and allows me to stream movies and tv shows. I recommend it!

Tiny yet powerful little desktop
I got this a couple weeks ago and have been playing with it since. I have to admit, I really love this Mini PC trend. It's powerful and quiet and does everything a bigger system can do. Unboxing the system was simple. All the components were inside and felt secure. It came with the computer, a power cable, HDMI cable, instructions, and screws with a small mounting bracket (e.g. to attach it to a monitor). When it's powered on, it has a nice blue glow, which makes my desk look really mystical in the dark, or has just enough light to let me know it's on. It has a decent amount of ports - two HMDI, which can support 4k monitors (mine are only 1080p), two USB3 ports, two USB2 ports, a wired network port, and a combined microphone/speaker port. One thing I love is how the main body splits - you can put a laptop hard drive in it for extra storage, like large video or game files, or use it slim. It comes with Windows 11 pro, which is ready out of the box. Edge and Chrome ran without complaining, serving up any web page I could find. I wanted to see if this system could handle Linux, so I put Ubuntu on it, and I think it runs even better than Windows, although I'm going to stick with Windows for casual gaming purposes. I can see this being useful for a home office or basic gaming, and at the price, it feels perfect for a holiday gift... but I'm keeping this for myself. Get your own.

amazing value for price!
We purchased this for our Community Radio station (LPFM) and I'm shocked on its performance! Especially for the price tag, I was expecting a lagging slow computer, but it is shockingly great on performance. Its VERY QUIET which is IMPORTANT in the studio! I also have a Mac Mini M4 Pro, and its comparable - yet smaller...only drawback, is my assumption (From having a MacMiniM4) no internal speakers. But in our situation, its not needed. Video quality for 2 moniters is surprisingly well. it is NOT 2 HDMI as one would expect, it has 1 HDMI & 1 D-Video out, however both perform VERY well. I'm planning on expanding it to 6 monitors this week...I'll return after. So far i'm very impressed...with the storage, ram and compact size!

Nice little PC
I bought this product to use as a portable computer and to have hooked to my TV for use away from my desk. It works well with my 55" TV. The few games I do play are just basic games but they load fine and play well on this device. I can't say anything for hard core games but for me it runs really smooth and fast for what I use it for. As for any negatives about it would be the length of the HDMI cable that it came with, but that's easy to fix. Also I haven't been able to keep my TV from turning off even with a screen saver on. But I'm probably overlooking something on that. Definitely would recommend to someone needing a PC for everyday basic use and possibly more.

Solid Performance For the Price and Flexible Form Factor
I got this to sit at the office as a remote box to send backups to and do light computing - web browsing, admin tasks, etc. It's been rock solid at all of that and more. About 1.5yrs into owning it, the internal M.2 SSD died. At first I only knew I couldn't remote into the computer, but then upon checking it out in person I saw it would just hang at the boot screen, showing the "AMI" logo. Couldn't get into BIOS, couldn't boot from a recovery thumb drive, etc.. I had hit a wall and was frustrated and thought that not much would come from reaching out to support and I should start getting my hands dirty, but I sent them an email with my details and heard back within 24 hrs, suggesting the boot drive might have died. My model only took SATA M.2 which are harder to come by these days than NVMe so I had to purchase one, wait for it to arrive, then swap it in. New drive is now in and it's been working great ever since. Throughout the testing process I went back and forth with support via email and they were helpful and quick to respond and ended up refunding me $40 via Amazon which covered most of the cost of the new drive which has larger capacity and a 5yr warranty. Random, but important nerd notes from this experience: 1. If your M.2 drive is dead, it will hang the boot process. You've gotta take it out in order to get into the BIOS. 2. You can boot from the 2.5'' bay on the underside of the box. I did this as a means of testing the rest of the hardware while waiting for my M.2 replacement to arrive and performance and reliability were great.

Waste of money
Had the PC for 1 day, it worked great! Ordered another one and worked great for 2 minutes until I signed into Microsoft 365. For some odd reason, both PC's stopped working. I lost my start menu on both and I couldn't even shut them down! Tried everything I could think of and they will not work. Total of 3 days of ownership! It's CRAP!!!!
