E.g. it does not include anything on SN1 or SN2 pathways (intermediate vs carbocation) as far as I can see. Maybe it is actually based on the pre-2015 syllabus as this would explain why my activation code for the online edition is showing as expired. There is also no index so without an online edition or an index it is very difficult to find the information you are after. (However I have looked very carefully and cannot see necessary syllabus content.) Review: I bought this book for both the print copy and the eBook that is advertised along with it... but when I received the book, scratched to expose the code and entered it into the Pearson website I was told that it had expired and I would have to buy another book to get a working code... this is false advertising!
