My husband was put on Ozempic for his diabetes. The affect on him was less then desirable, causing him to lose his appetite, lose weight & low energy & a few other negative side affects. I was desperate to get protein in him, something he would enjoy. My first thought was a protein shake. I tried other brands, that he did not care for. This brand was highly recommended by a friend of ours, although my husband was reluctant to try, he made a go of it and we both were pleasantly surprised. The texture, smell, taste, blending, mixing all were very easy. This particular vendor has a variety of flavors however we like the vanilla because of the flexibility we have when adding variety of fruits, juices, milk. Any given fruit, juice or whatever can change the flavor a bit. His favorite mixture is frozen fruit mixture with orange, tab bit of milk (gang in there) and this powder. It reminds him of a dreamsicle. I’ve seen quite a few reviews who express disappointment with the amount of air, lack of mixture in containers. Protein powders are a light, not dense powder, therefore during shipment the powder may compact some. In my experience this has happened with the variety of powders we’ve tried. I feel the value for my money is on par with other brands, however the quality, variety and texture of this brands fits our needs best.

I have been using this protein powder for at least five years, since I found it at a local store. It truly has the best flavor. I like the chocolate the best (the vanilla tends to be a little too sweet). Even in a Shaker Bottle, it dissolves great in water and milk. Hint - when using a shaker, don't add the ice until you've shaken it well to dissolve. Ice slows the dissolving, but it gets there. In a blender, it blends very easily, no matter what other ingredients you add. Shaken with water, it tastes just like chocolate milk! As long as they keep making this, I won't ever drnk any other protein shake. This has no unpleasant after taste at all - and I have tried a lot that do. PROTEINONE is impressive! You will like it!

Overall a great tasting protein. For the calories and amount of protein this is a good option for anyone looking for a low cal higher protein. I use a ninja blast to blend and it tastes great even with water! It blends well and you don’t get clumps like you do with other protein powders.

My kids kept asking me for a shake sold at our club and my wallet didn’t like it. So decide to try this and was amazed. Little ice and milk for them and not the full serving, for me I blended a scoop with water, cup of spinach, couple strawberries, ice and it tasted great. I wasn’t a huge fan of some of the ingredients that I didn’t recall seeing on the pictures, but in the big pic, it was worth it. I did notice more muscle mass on myself (combined with working out, which I did before but didn’t see results)

Probably advertise that there are chunks of freeze dried strawberries in it. I drink it straight with water and i would rather not chew my drink. I like the flavor but this is hard to get past. Want another flavor because i cannot drink it with this texture

Good flavor does not have that nasty aftertaste but is chunky and must blend it well
