Perform Super Powder with Super Fruits and Antioxidants Red Raspberry - Can

This really helps me sleep. I have been dealing with insomnia and I thought I would try this out. It truly does help me fall asleep and stay asleep. I mix mine in one of those blender ball shakers (the kind you use for protein shakes). I personally like the taste. I saw some complain about the texture. I shake it up really well in my blender ball shaker and don’t have any issues with texture personally.

I absolutely love this stuff. And it lasts a long time. I add a small teaspoon to my lavender and reishi mushroom tea with a touch of honey before bed. Helps to calm down my mental body so the physical body can prepare for bed. 1 jar will definitely last for 2 months. I find it that if you drink this every 3rd evening seems to work best. To much all the time the body becomes immune to it. Meaning you don't feel the effects as much when you enjoy a cup once every 3rd evening. Definitely will be something that will be part of my liquid supplement regime.

There is nothing wrong with it. I think it’s probably just not what I expected. There is really not much of any taste, including the blueberry and lavender. I will be curious to see if it helps calmness. It’s easy to use. I used a glass shaker jar with ice in it. This is one of those things everyone might have a different opinion on.

It may be good for you, but the taste is just not at all tolerable. I am mixing with my fiber drink and chugging!

I pick this up if it's on sale. It's just a nice addition to my routine. Get some healthy nutrients. It's definitely not like a typical pre-workout. But if you want healthy nutrition it's a great add on. It's not going to give you the kick of something with caffeine. But let's say you're taking a break from stimulants and pre-workouts. This would be great. Pair it up with the Peak02 mushrooms and that could be a great pre-workout if you don't like the typical pre-workouts.

This product used to taste so good, I used to purchase it from Sprouts and Thrive Market in large bulk orders. I recently repurchased some (after my last bulk order from amazon never arrived) and the taste was so bitter it almost seemed as if their formula changed (even though it states just the packaging is a new look) taste like poison. DONT BUY!!!!

So light and refreshing with tons of great ingredients. Very fresh and green, but less grassy tasting than others like it. So tasty it is getting permanent kitchen counter real estate next to the other mixes I throw in my water bottles and smoothies every morning. This company rocks.
