Good part - glad it was available as non-OEM part
Good part - glad it was available as non-OEM part, as it is not included with the motherboard from Supermicro. Be aware it is designed for a SuperMicro chassis with different spacing to the usual microATX shield location. I did have to slightly alter my chassis to accommodate.

it works fine, but took more work than it should have
This is the needed part for the Supermicro Chassis I purchased, along with the motherboard.However, the punch outs were poorly made. It was not possible to punch out the ports without damaging the I/O shield. They appear to have been painted over, and it took some work with a chisel and a dremel to remove those that were needed.Ultimately, it works fine, but took more work than it should have.
