I recently added this floor lamp to my living room, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Easy to put tougher and the perfect size and light!

Likes: + very easy to put together + 3 different light adjustments (yellow soft light, bright white, daylight) + not bulky Dislikes: - the cheap plastic lampshade - it takes 6 total clicks to go through the whole cycle for just 3 light effects Overall: It gets the job done. I wanted a lamp that wasn't obnoxious or bulky and could fit in the corner of my living room, near a reading chair nook. It's perfect for where I wanted to put it. It provides nice light at night when watching a movie or tv show, so I don't need overhead lighting.

This is a nice lamp. It arrived with the vertical bar folded into several (four?) sections. These screwed cleanly into each other, producing a strong bar with no noticeable seams. This an example of the good design and manufacture of this lamp. The three light "color" options are some new for me - a bit of a distraction - but we are happy with this lamp. We had little trouble assembling the shade, in spite of the need to click it around the circular wire parts. Altogether, I am very happy to have such inexpensive, nicely designed, well-constructed items available out of China. Footnote: When I was a boy, in the late 1940s, the label "made in occupied Japan" on an item made consumers think, "cheap junk." How times have changed. I think we are lucky to have products such as this lamp available from China today. This is not at all a piece of cheap junk.

Ingenious, all light levels work great, fits in an otherwise dark corner without taking up much space, and I love the pull chain. Great lamp. Serves its purpose. I like that there are different colors for the shades.

The lamp is nice and simple. It's not tall (maybe 5 ft 3 inches). The lamp shade though... wow, that was a pain to put together. It's not long enough to wrap around easily so that was the first problem. It was also folded in the wrong direction for shipping so getting it to unfold in the right direction to install was a task because the inside is made of flexible plastic and it kept resisting. The little clasps that hold it in place are very weak so it kept undoing itself. And the velcro that seals it is also pretty weak and thin so it kept coming off initially. I managed to hold it really tight in the right place and got it all to stay in place long enough for me to be able to get the full strip of velcro to stay put. It was a bit of a challenge but I did it and it looks pretty in my bedroom. Hopefully it stays put. I've only had it an hour so time will tell

I was looking for an inexpensive standing lamp with warm light and this met my expectations when purchased and exceeded it now that I have set it up to use it! It is very easy to assemble and is made out of metal! There are some plastic pieces, but barely any and the base is heavy so the lamp is very sturdy! The light cover is good quality, even the pull string that turns it on and off feels nice when you pull it, it doesn’t make the lamp wobble at all, and it is a well made metal chain. Like I had to even cover the metal ball at the end because if It would hit the metal pole it would make a loud noise and it would hurt my ears lol. There are three color temp settings and you just click it on and off to cycle through then and it puts off a comfortable glow that can fill a small room with cozy light. If you’re looking for an inexpensive and sturdy lamp, I 10/10 recommend this one!!!
