This is the first day of ownership but so pleasantly surprised at how good it is I had to post. Will update in a month. I have had excruciating back ache almost constantly for weeks, slowly getting worse. Was using hot water bottles but the skin on my back is damaged so had to stop that. The last three days have been particularly bad, been in agony, unable to do anything. Run the massager a few times and I can't believe it, the constant spasm that I never got quite rid of (painkillers, exercises, hot water bottles, CBD. baths, everything I could think of) is now gone. In a short while I will return to building a pc I have been unable to complete due to needing to bend. The remote is brilliant. You are able to programme the massager to concentrate the massaging in particularly bad areas (besides upp or lower back) with the spot muscle. Not see that option before. I have fibromialgia, everything hurts when it touches my back but find the massager easy to tolerate which I was unsure of. The heat is warm, but not really hot so offers relaxing warmth without risk of damage to the skin. I am pain free for the first time in weeks, can't quite believe it. Can now get on with my normal life, knowing if it gets bad again, I can do something about it that works, something I haven't been able to feel for many weeks.

Bought this after a day of using .the mode button broke would not come so couldn’t use it / it came on but no mode button .. a machine like this should not brake after a day Sent it back for refund Very disappointed it was early xmas present

Doesn't feel like a massage at all. It's just pressure on the hand.

So incredibly painful to use. It crushed my hand.

This machine is great. First time I used it I was surprised because it was painful but then any good, effective massage is. After having used it for the first time my hand was pain free. Now I use regularly especially after using my hands for hard physical labour or when there are weather changes and my arthiritis flares up. Now that I am used to the massager it feels great. I do not have to use salves as often for pain relief.

Most excellent product for what it is — a very VERY strong massager than helps with hand/wrist tension. I bought this product in November of 2022 — yes, almost 3 years ago — I have used it 3-5 times per week, usually once a day, sometimes more. I get a lot of wrist tension due to my work and some hobbies. Anyway, I have not used the heat feature much nor the buzzing feature. The way this thing works is — it squeezes your hand really really hard and then lets go gradually and repeats the cycle. In many ways, it's not unlike the blood pressure machine that measures your blood pressure, only on your wrist. I have large but delicate hands with long fingers and I draw and play the piano and write — this thing never hurt me. I like that it is very strong — basically it squeezes my hand/wrist and get the tension out. Basically, it's a compression massager. I was very impressed with how well my has held up, 4-5 times per week use and 2.5 years later the grip is just as strong and it works very well. I also have dropped it a few times and all sorts of stuff — works just fine! This is one of the best massagers of the kind I have owned. Just be aware of what it does — this is not some kind of gentle wavy motion that takes you away — it is a compression massager so if you want your hand/wrist to be squeezed — HARD — to get the tension out — this thing performs VERY well. If you are looking for a hard, reliable home compression massager that will squeeze your hand hard — this is it! I'm a big fan of this style of massagers, I would not be happy without it and this is the best one of the kind I've had! Not to mention — very reliable in my case! 2.5 years and going strong!!!

Not sure if it works as described

On the lowest pressure setting, I really like it. It is very nice to use, and easy. Helps with my hand and wrist pain.

I cant charge it as the power out let is not for Australia.
