I love this. Well packaged, easy to configure, superb quality printing, good price. I run Linux and was impressed by the ease of obtaining and installing the driver: Canon provide DEB file. Hats off to top Printerland for speedy, friendly service.

Printer set up was straight forward but got continuous error messages when trying to scan after a couple of days messing around I left it for a couple of days. I then got an IPV4 has changed message and the scanner started to work 🤷

Came next day from Printerland and works great. Fastest printer I've ever had and colour printing quality is excellent. Worth paying a bit more and upgrading to a laser jet for sure. Warning - its heavy, so get the box near where you intend to put it !

Who knows if this is a good machine? The set-up is so dreadful and so complicated that it's impossible to give an accurate summation of its actual performance. I am very experienced with IT and have been setting up all of my office equipment for 20 years, this is the most counter-intuitive piece if kit I've ever come across, as well as being exceptionally out-of-date in its software provision. It has actually comes with a CD-ROM with the required programmes and drivers; is this 2010?! The website is utterly confusing when it comes to telling you what of their listed drives are in fact required and then none of them have downloaded and installed successfully. 2 and a half hours on the phone to support proved fruitless and showed an astonishing lack of knowledge of their own equipment. As it stands it functions partly but none of 3 agents can successfully set up, e.g. the Scan to Email function. And the RUI is like something from the beginning of IT! Seriously, sort out these issues though it's now irrelevant to me as the return process has started. I wouldn't touch this machine.

Amazing printer, prints super fast, decent quality, long lasting ink supposedly great longevity. Great for printing documents, if you're an Office Worker or Academic.

This printer was so easy to set up. No software to download, it just works. We love it.
