I saw this product on QVC where it sold out quickly, so I wanted to give it a try. Instead of paying the high price for a full size, I bought the smaller bottle first. For me, it was fine but not fantastic. I have highlighted hair with bleach in some areas, and since my hair is longer, I need a conditioner that delivers strong moisture. This worked okay but felt more like an average store-brand conditioner than something special. It may work better for others, but for my hair type it was just average.
