Love this faucet and the color is so beautiful! The water turns off right after you turn it on but then you wave your hand by the sensor and it’ll stay on. Not sure if this setting can changed because that’s kind of annoying. I’ll have to read the directions lol but love the style!! So many compliments already!

We purchased this in August 2023 as part of our kitchen reno. The faucet looked great and worked great for first few months. We liked that we did not have to touch the lever with dirty hands to turn on/off water. It was flexible to reach all corners of our large sink effortlessly. It seemed a smart choice until it stopped failing. At first, the sensor would not turn off the water intermittently. Then for some time the turn-off function would work but not the turn-on. Then a few weeks later we had to start holding our hand closer to the sensor and longer to get it working and then too it would work only half the time - we just started using the lever again which went against why we bought the faucet in first place. We tried changing batteries and getting new ones. Thinking that there may be an issue with the Amazon 1.5 v AA batteries, we bought new Duracell ones but that did not help either - the feature would work for few times and then just give up working. Googling online, I read some people mentioning that having metal objects under the sink near the faucet base assembly may interfere with the solenoid so I removed everything metal from there. The only effect this had was my wife frowning on me for disturbing her kitchen organization. Have tried getting in touch with Kraus directly but never been able to hold long enough to get someone on the phone. For a faucet this costly and coming from a (supposedly) "trusted" name like Kraus, it's been a frustrating experience.

We recently renovated out kitchen - previously we had the Moen "motionsense" faucet where the sensor was in front. We decided to replace it with the Kraus, where the sensor is on the side. This has the advantage of being able to work in the sink without the faucet turning on when you don't want it to (Moen), but now you have to do a little more effort to reach around the side to turn the sink on or off (Kraus). Overall, I prefer the Kraus, which also looks nicer. A nit I have with the Kraus is how the automation control is attached to the line and dangles along side the pull-out counter weight. They are always banging into each other and the pull-out did not work very well, until I used some velcro ties to hold the automation box to one side, and pull other lines (like the hot water) away from the counterweight, too. Now the pull-put works fine but it did not come that way out of the box.

I was skeptical with the touchless feature and I even thought it was stupid, but I wrong. I absolutely love the touchless feature, especially when your hands are dirty and you don’t want to contaminate your faucet. So practical. The stainless steel is beautiful and the spray is smooth. Our plumber installed this so I can’t speak to ease of installation. Highly recommended this faucet.

I initially purchased this Kraus faucet in 2022. Now in Sept 2025 we discovered a leak in the hot water line up in body of the faucet. Even though the item was out of warranty, Kraus replaced the faucet free of charge. Their customer service and communication were excellent. Product issues happen but their response was fantastic.

after 1 year of usage it has some discoloration at hi use areas. But overall still has the look that we wanted.

We really have loved this faucet, but exactly 3 years after purchasing we started having issues with the sensor, water pressure and toggle. We are disappointed because we like to buy things that last, and hate for things to just end up in a landfill. We have reached out to Kraus Customer Service and are hoping that they have a solution for us. I will update this review once we know.

Automatic feature stopped working a few months in, then pressure decreased and it does not wash well stuff at the bottom of the sink or if you need to spray pots or pans. Overall very bad quality. I got another Kraus faucet unfortunately and it started leaking from the spray switch button 1 year in also. Better spend your money on more quality products as this brand is not worth it.

Excelente diseño (estético) y calidad de materiales y muy fácil instalación, sobre todo el material anti spot con el que está hecho, ya que reduce mucho las manchas de agua en su superficie y la opción del sensor de proximidad para su activación es de mucha utilidad. Como única oportunidad de mejora no se mantiene fija la opción de rocio en la salida, se tiene que mantener oprimido el botón para esta opción mientras se requiera o debe haber mucha presión constante de agua para que se mantenga, ya que por default la salida de agua es un chorro directo.
