If your child is asthmatic or gets ill easily, don't think twice about buying this! It's a bit loud but it does a very good job!

The item arrived faulty but was replaced after a week. Light weight and no noise. Did not disturb my child when i used while he was asleep.

Good so far is working. Filter was already inserted into the machine. You will also get spares. Works well. My little one loves it. Good idea.

Does the job but is noisy.

This machine has brought my daughter back to life. She was really struggling with RSV. After 2 x 15 minute sessions on this machine she was able to breathe properly. 3 sessions she was able to clear her nose by blowing which she had been unable to do for a week! It must be comfy too as she fell asleep wearing the mask.I can not recommend this machine enough if you are struggling with cold and flu symptoms. Its not as loud as i thought it would be. It comes with loads of attachments for all different age ranges. Absolutely fabulous piece of kit! Definately recommend by us!

This helped my little one battle winter illnesses (cough, blocked nose etc.). The machine is easy to use albeit a little loud but expected. Thoroughly recommend this product.
