is this x4 5ltr or single 20Ltr

The first time I received a shipment it was a single 20 ltr but this latest shipment was 4x5ltr. I guess it depends on what they have in stock

Does it kill insects when used outside

I've not used it for that purpose. I use it to clean the paving slabs on our patio and it does a great job. It's strong chemical and it will kill any grass or weeds which have gotten into the gaps between the slabs, so I'm sure it would also kill any insects if poured directly onto them.

What is the suggested mix ratio for pavers and sandstone? Thanks

Trial and error. Try 6 parts water and 1 hypochlorite if it clears a trial area stick with or if it doesn’t strengthen to 4 parts water and 1 hypochlorite.
