Good nutrition but they taste like clay. Although I haven’t eaten clay so I’m just speculating.

I am a diabetic and love these bars as my snack. I need the extra protein and they keep my glucose nice and even through the night.

I will be buying these protein bars again. No sugar but it's dark chocolate, which is very good for you.
