Creates a door to block view but isn't safe
For an item describing itself as “Electrical Plumbing Service Door Cover", I was surprised not to have any way to lock this. So we now have an inspection hatch to some electrics that will intrigue any 5 year old that visits our home which they'll be able to open and explore at their leisure. Otherwise, great way to hide the electrics in a way that electricians can access.

Cheap, but not very sturdy
It looks good, but it's very flimsy. Care has to be taken when you screw the frame because if you tighten screws too much, the frame will distort - so either use silicone adhesive or prepare the ideal cut in the plasterboard. These inspection panels are not designed to be opened frequently—they will break if you open them more than once a year.
