The holes are universal and require some adjusting but the let down was how bouncy the brackets are once weight is on them. I am running Roadshok Edge 6 lights and every single bump no matter how small results in that bracket wobbling. I would think tiny ditch lights would be ok, but no serious off road lights. Wobble baby wobble baby.

These started to rust shortly after being installed, I found that they had a small notch on the inside rim of the area where the lights are mounted that was bare metal and rusting. I cleaned the rust up and painted over it and so far it's yet to come back.
