Just got back from Paris and London and this adapter worked great in both locations. I was a little worried about it working in the UK, it uses the round Euro 'plugs' and adds a plastic support 'plug'. However, worked fine, no problems. Small size is really nice, and the sliders that push out the different plug formats seem to be well made. I also like that it has both a USB-C and a regular USB-A port. It might come close to charging at 20w if you use only one of the ports, but you can tell it slows down if both ports are being used, but that wasn't a big deal for me because I charged overnight and had no problem getting my iPhone and iPad charged up fully to use the next day. It never did get too warm, even when using both ports. Nice size, did what it needed to do - I would recommend this adapter.

This truly is the smallest, most versatile power plug adapter I've ever used. It has everything I need in less space than any other adapter: all 4 major AC plug types *and* AC output *and* USB-C *and* USB-A outputs. The plug type conversions are brilliantly designed in a minimalist fashion, taking advantages of the similarities between certain plug types to reduce the number of unique plug shapes needed: for example, EU plug doubles as a UK plug with the help of a 3rd pin, and the US plug doubles as an AUS plug by simply rotating the pins at 45 degrees. I was incredulous at first, but it works! The long neck of the adapter also ensures it fits into deep, grounded EU sockets.In fact, I just added two more to my shopping cart while I was writing this review.

Not reliable. Worked great on 1st trip on Air France flight and french hotel. Then stopped working on 2nd excursion. I had checked beforehand that it could charge 2 Samsung fast-charge devices simultaneously and wanted to pack light. But on the last night the "intelligent" charging failed. Even a single device complained of "slow charging". I had to scramble with other chargers or I would've had no devices for the flight home.-----------Update: They sent a free replacement with no questions asked. That's some impressive customer service.

This work with no issues with the GL.iNet MT-3000 except for one minor flub. The usbc port works but will not power on the travel router. The usba port does power on the travel router however.

SO disappointed! I travel a lot and I got this for worldwide travel because it’s smaller than what I currently use. They claim it works in the UK. BUT their idea of “works” is to jam the round pins into the rectangular pin socket the UK uses. There are no rectangular pins for the UK in this unit! The ground is also plastic so you’re already not protecting your things well. This is not safe and I don’t want to find out in a foreign country that my phone, or other electronic device, has been fried because some one was trying to skirt the safety built into the socket. Stay away from this cheap design if you value the things you paid thousands for. The white plug is the configuration you need, the black one is what this product is and says will work. No. Just NO.

I bought this adapter at the last minute before flying to UK; I had another adapter as well, but this one was perfect for while in transit, as well as in my hotel. It's small enough to not take up space in my carry-on. I really loved that I was able to use it in UK and in Europe, and that I can use it if I ever return to New Zealand! I met my son in Scotland because he was there for a month before he continued traveling in Europe, and I loaned this to him as long as he swore on his life that he'd return it to me. He did not return it to me, though... he loved it so much that he kept it, but he ordered another one and had it delivered to my home. Two testimonials for one product!

This is really compact and a nice design product. Unfortunately, the side handles fell off during my Euro trip so I couldn't switch the plug type but when I reached out to the company, they sent me a new one for free which was easy and the representative was very proactive.

I bought this for some international trips, and found that it worked well. I like the form factor, and also like the flexibility of having the option of a regular “plug” as well as USB outlets. However, after only a few uses, one of the buttons you use to push the prongs out was pushed inside the adapter rendering it unusable. So, into the garbage bin it went, during a current trip to Europe - - - which was super inconvenient. I’ve had some of the much larger “brick” adapters for many years, and I’ve found them to be much less fragile.
