Vegavero are a great vegan company based in Germany. They have a large range of supplements and have obviously given thought to what goes into their products - i.e. no fillers or unnecessary ingredients. This Berberine comes with Black Garlic which helps with absorption and has its own benefits too. Their Quercetin, while not quite as potent as some more expensive brands, contains bromelain, Vitamin C and Elderberry to help with uptake. Good quality at a good price.

Hba1c went from 48 to 42 in a few months, I tried to cut down on carbs and walk abit more but I belive this, chromium and gymnema played a huge part in reversing my diabetes. It didn't increase my appetite at all.

Works really well even with 1 to 2 pills per day. Just need to give it time to build up in the body. Been taking it now for a month and it does wonders! Appetite completely gone, digestive system improved, feeling more energetic. Will order again!

Comunque nel caso della berberina l’integrazione con pepe e aglio ne fanno una sinergia perfetta. I benefici della berberina sono molteplici ed io credo di sentirne i risultati con una figura più snella e più energia. Avevo provato ad assumere 2 capsule ma mi sono subì accorta che per me era troppo ed ho quindi continuato con 1 capsula a pranzo o prima di un pasto con tanti carboidrati, tipo se vado a mangiare una pizza
