This is an updated review. I originally gave this product one star because I received a faulty steamer, but I’ve since updated my rating to 5 stars. After leaving my initial review, the seller reached out right away to make things right, which I found extremely professional and thoughtful. They even offered me a full refund, but I preferred to receive a replacement instead. Just one day later, Amazon delivered a brand new steamer to my door. I’ve since tried it out, and it works perfectly as intended. It’s easily foldable and compact, making it especially convenient for travel. I’m looking forward to bringing it along on my next cruise. This worked amazing while it worked... We have only had this for just over 6 months. After 6.5 months out of nowhere, while I was in the middle of using it, it stopped steaming and seconds later started spitting out this brownish liquid splattering everywhere. Got all over my clothes that I was steaming and then all in the sink. I obviously turned it off immediately. First picture shows the liquid splatter in the sink and the second picture shows what the steamer looks like. We did not do anything outside of the normal instructions and used it regularly so no old water stored - I have no idea why it did this, but it was gross and stopped working after 6.5 months not to mention ruined one of my shirts. After I started using mine, I loved it so much that I bought one for my son to take to college.... needless to say I am now looking for something else!!!

I purchased a steamer for $18.99 from Aldi‘s a few years ago and it was the best steamer ever! I was so disappointed when it stopped working. When I saw this one, it had decent reviews, but I must say I was not impressed by it, efficiency in removing wrinkles, like my other cheaper steamer. And the water tank is half the size yet this steamer was double the price! I’m not saying it doesn’t work at all. It does remove wrinkles. It just takes longer and I have to fill the tank again because it runs out! I do however, like the handle and how easy it is to hold I feel like I overpaid and was underwhelmed by this product and of course timeframe to return it ended so I was unable to get something else.

I’ve tried several different steamers. This is the best one. Great for travel, easy to use, doesn’t spit/spurt, versatile angles and works GREAT!
