Love this variety of green tea that offers a dose of antioxidants and taste good with lemongrass and spearmint. I found that drinking this hot green tea prior to any other morning beverage(except water) to offer fantastic digestive benefits. It is mild in flavor and offers a delicious taste with a splash of your favorite plant based milk. If you do not have a lactose issue, I am sure it would be good with dairy but some creamers may overpower the tea's flavor and alter its benefits.

Good blend of flavors. Not too minty, I like the hint of lemongrass. More cost effective to buy in bulk like this, especially considering I drink a cup almost every day.
