It really effective but this is stuck in my throat 2-3 times while consuming. That’s why I discontinued it. I think it’s big. Please consume 500 mg

It's a wonderful pill, i have been using it for four months now. It helped me in my mensuration and if you tear it and put it on your pimples it can cure that too. One thing i would like to mention that sometimes you might experience is some side effects like shortening of breath, i haven't but i know people who have, so better to consult your physician and you can take it on alternate days instead of daily.
