It’s great for busy mornings or as a quick drink on the go — delicious whether cold or warm. I really appreciate that it’s not overly sugary, and it keeps them full and happy. I usually get it when I can’t afford Pediasure, and honestly, it’s a fantastic alternative at a much better price. No complaints here — just smiles every time

Love the taste and if you buy a hand held brouther for about $5 it mixes ALL of the powder mix. Otherwise stirring with a spoon does not mix it all. But the taste is still great! I have one every morning

This is a good meal replacement item for the mornings when you're hungry but you don't want a lot or in the evening when you just need a little something . The flavors decent it could be a little more chocolatey . It mixes well it's quick and you can take it on the go . You can mix it up and then put your coffee in on top of it oh you've got a treat .

I used to drink these for breakfast as a kid. Now I incorporate for more protein during day. Most protein powders make me bloat and gas. I mostly use this at night for a bedtime hot chocolate before bed with hot water and splash of cream. Honestly delicious and curbs the sweet desires!
