They stay on 10 day's
My son just started using these for Water Polo and trust me they work. We remove all the sticky pad of the patch before he applies it. The Dexcom gets a bit sticky but not sticky enough that an alcohol pad can't clean. Thankfully the edges DO NOT LIFT AT ALL. This is definitely on my Auto Ship List.

Very impressive
For the Not Just A Patch full cover, I was impressed. I have used 2-3 other 2nd covers for my dex6 only to have to start peeling off after 1 shower. With these I have showed multiple times, worked out and the best thing gone Swimming and it stayed on. When looked like a little was coming up a little would towel dry & after beeping under my bike shorts would find that it reapplied itself just fine. Would recommend these. Pic is the 10th day just before I remove it.

It just doesn't work
I wanted to try this product to protect my G6 over the summer because I'm very active outdoors and I wanted to keep the transmitter clean and dry. I had a 15 year career involving skin and wound care and know how to prep skin to make sure adhesive properly sticks. I've tried the patch in two different locations (the first patch came off partially and was actually holding water against my skin in the little pocket it made, so I had to remove the sensor and all 4 days after application because while it didn't stick to my skin, it stuck to the adhesive fabric around the sensor and tore the whole thing off, so out $100 there plus the price of the patches) and have even shaved the areas where I use it, despite having no body hair there in hopes that maybe I'd be removing any dry or dead skin cells that might make the adhesive less effective. I don't have oily skin and haven't been sweating, swimming, or doing anything involving debris or dirt. The first time I took a shower wearing one, it basically reacted to water like a soggy fabric bandaid and took most of the evening to dry out. I hoped for better results and tried a second patch with the new sensor I had to insert in a different location, but last night after 5 days had to remove the patch because the edges had all peeled up at least half an inch and were getting caught on clothing, which I thought would make the situation worse. I will say, this time the sensor and transmitter were still dry, but I was a little surprised by the actual design of the patch, which just leaves part of the paper you peel off in the center as a barrier so it won't stick to the transmitter. It crinkles a lot and feels very much like if you taped a bandaid wrapper to your skin. I ended up using tiny nail scissors to snip away the patch around the outside edges of the sensor's fabric adhesive area to try to preserve the sensor, because come on. The patch won't stick to my skin, but will stick to itself and the actual sensor's adhesive fabric. I'll stick to the Dexcom over patches they'll send you in the mail for free and try to figure something else out for summer activities. Wish me luck.

Pretty Good Product
Pros: 1) I like that this product is close to my skin tone and makes the CGM less obvious; 2) When it is on, it is mostly comfortable. Cons: 1) The protection between the patch and the CGM sensor is similar to waxed paper and after a few days, it starts to get a little itchy; 2) The patch adheres well initially, but it does not last the full 10 days of the CGM sensor. It lasts about 5, so I am using 2 patches for each CGM sensor period. Overall, I am pleased enough with the product to order it again in the future.

Highly recommend
I decided to try these, despite close to half the reviews being less than favorable. I am so glad I did. I have a Dexcom G6 monitor and it fits over it beautifully. It was easy to put on and, even though I forgot I was wearing it in the shower and rubbed over it with the washcloth, and the towel afterwards, the edges did not lift up. I was also worried that the adhesive would be a problem since I do have a problem with adhesive is not sticking and/or causing a rash on my skin and sensitivity. These have given me no problems whatsoever. Most of the time I forget, it’s even there. I was a bit worried based on the comments that I did up using more than one cover for application of monitor, but that is not the case. The patch stays on tightly and is easy to get off by using an alcohol wipe, as I lift it up and swipe. That’s necessary anyway to clean my skin afterwards. if I could give these 10 stars I would. I Purchased the skintone ones.

Adhesive bad for sensitive skin.
Can cause irritation from adhesive. If you notice it itching don’t scratch and remove. This can be caused from sensitive skin as well if you shave the area as hair grows back. Very durable and would suggest to pre fold the top and bottom to left and right so it’s easy to grab. If you touch the surface more than a couple times it loses its strength. That’s where pre folding them makes it easier to grab and apply. Start with peeling off one side and applying.

Great for active kids!!
These work great for my very active 13 year old son to keep his Dexcom on through daily activities, baseball, swimming, etc. We use 2 or 3 for baseball games because he’s a catcher and the constant up and down, sweat, and dirt.

The don't stay on long and caused a reaction on our skin
These looked like some good overlays to help keep my wife's Dexcom unit on better. First of all they caused an irritation to her skin. She has many dermal allergies, so I didn't think that was too unusual. Second, the edges began to fray almost immediately and turn up all around the edges within a day or so. Since I couldn't use them for my wife, I thought I would try them for myself. I don't have problems keeping my Dexcom unit on, but I wanted to see how they worked for me. I had exactly the same problem. Skin irritation, fraying and immediate turning up around the edges. I am not sure I can recommend these. One plus, it this patch does need to be removed, it doesn't remove the sensor.
