This cashew brittle is TOO good. I can’t leave it alone when it’s in the house! A little softer than most brittle which I like but still crunchy. You can taste the butter. I have had their peanut brittle also which is awesome as well. But I am now hooked on the cashew brittle which has cashews in every bite. Pretty pricey but quality product. Thanks!

Updated review - ordered a couple of times again since my last review and the product was delicious! Only fair to bump up the rating. It was exactly like the positive comments I provided in my old review - this is one crunchy yet soft, sweet, buttery, rich indulgence. This is softer than the other cashew brittle rated high on here and we've bought and like both. The other brand is just as tasty but more crunchy and darker than this. Buy either depending on what your tastebuds are craving. Old review: The last order was extremely stale! Tried reaching out to the seller but no response yet. We really enjoyed the previous order - yummy, fresh, buttery goodness - and that's why we ordered again. But this entire packet was unpalatable - rank smell and stale taste. Very disappointed. It's quite expensive for the quantity and therefore expecting high standards as a customer is not unreasonable. Hope they improve the quality check because when the product was fresh it was a delightful indulgence!

Omg great brittle actually, I think it's the best I've ever tasted always fresh i bought it a few times and I'm sure I'll buy it again.

This was somewhat disappointing. What I liked: - It was the perfect texture. Some brittles can be thick enough that you think the name is testing if your teeth are brittle. These are crisp and chew easily with that gratifying brittle crunch. Well done, I give it five stars for texture - While I percieve this to be on the pricy end of the spectrum, it does contain a good amount of individual pieces. I give it a four star for value. - The flavor is a hit and and miss at the same time. I enjoyed the sweet candied pieces but it is not quite a carmel with that buttery finish. It could have been vastly improved with a bit more salt. What I think was a miss: - This candy really fell short on delivering the nuts. Each piece was much more candied sugar than nut. My Granny's was mostly nuts with just enough brittle to hold it together. I would give it a two star ratting for nut content.
