These are amazing and so versatile, I bought them to go in a wearable pump I bought and they also fit in my 24mm spectra and Medela flanges which means I get more use out of them! And way cheaper than buying whole new flanges. One of the best pumping parts I have.

I was having a hard time getting the right flange size, these are exactly what I needed. Reduces the flange size and makes pumping comfortable. I really like that they’re clear so you can see your nipple in the tunnel and you know it’s aligned correctly. It’s so nice being able to use a bunch of my 24mm flanges as these fit right in.

Got these for my medela pump (that I ended up hating) but I found out it also works with my lansinoh wall pump and it’s been a game changer!! Having the correct flange size has also helped with my milk production & I’ve been getting a few extra ounces a day! This is a win

I bought these for my wife and they have helped her so much. She is able to pump longer without pain. She said the only down side is they stick to her so pumping lubricant is needed she uses coconut oil to help with this. Other than that she’s happy and able to express more milk now because her ducts aren’t being compressed by the flange.

I reached out to baby buddha when i got my pump to as if they had smaller silicone inserts for the flange, they said the one it comes with is the smallest and it makes the flange 22mm. So i went on amazon and found this! They fit perfect on my baby buddha flange and are so comfy! Definitely recommend

My pump wasn’t working properly and I couldn’t figure out why. I resized my nips and I ended up changing to a 19mm at 4 months postpartum. It made my pump work like normal after I got these. I put the 19mm insert in my 24mm flanges and the suction is great I pulled out 5oz the first time using it. Instead of the 2.5 I’d been getting. Great material, easy to clean, easy to pop in and out. I even steam cleaned them using those microwave sanitize bags. Would buy again.
