Awesome smoker. I have a RT700 that I’ve had for 5 years and it works great. Got this FS1600 for more room. Easy to put together and once the burn in was complete, I smoked 10 “Triskets “ and 2 pulled pork roasts that all turned out amazing. Holds temp perfectly. Recteq has the best customer service of any brand out there which means a lot. I’ve personally never had any issues with either grill I have but I’ve seen how they deal with other customers that do, and it’s always top notch service. If you have never owned one, do yourself a favor and get one, you won’t regret it!!

I purchased a Flagship 1600 and so far I couldn’t be more excited and pleased. Packaging couldn’t have been been better. Assembly was easy (by myself and I’m 72). Minor issue with a damaged RTD wire (but still fully operational) replacement was on its way the next day. No issues with WiFi setup to my eero 7 Pro mesh network. Performance- wow, rock solid temp tracking. First smoke was a 9lb pork butt. Rendered perfectly and was delicious. Next night smoked some wings 225 and finished at 400 to crisp them up. Beautiful, tasty and not enough of them ;-) Even at highest temperature my Lodge cast iron griddle only got up to about 450. So no searing there. Also, it takes much longer than I care to wait to go from 225 to highest temp (700 is advertised I think). Fortunately I also have a gas grill so I’ll sear on that. In short, great quality, rock solid temps, excellent (and quick) support, works as advertised, everything I wanted in a pellet grill/smoker. Highly recommend.

I have had it for 6 months and enjoy it immensely. The cook results are always crowd pleasers. Even my daughter who doesn't eat much meat seems to love it. The product is well built and I have had to use customer service a few times and they have been absolutely amazing. Live knowledgeable people answer the phones immediately. Go figure how nice that is these days. I will say the pain seems to flake under some heat. They've had to send me paint touch up kits but no big deal.

I can’t say enough good things about the product and the people that work there. I bought this for my husband for Christmas. There was a piece missing so I had to call them. They were so kind and apologetic. We got the piece within a few days. Highly recommend this company so easy to deal with.

The grill was easy to get started using the app. I've grilled/smoked chicken, pork chops and ribs. I have a 250gal tank wood smoker that I have been using for years. This pellet smoker grill is very close to the smoke flavor from the large wood smoker. The best part is the ease of use, fill with your pellets of choice, set the temp/time and let the smoker/grill do the rest. Reqtec has a lot of recipes I plan on giving a try.

I've read so much good stuff about this product line, the app and the support. Phone support: nobody ever answers or calls back. Chat support: gives me inaccurate instructions and calls me rude when I say it's inaccurate. App: is worthless. they removed the remote start option, I can't set my desired temp without using +/- buttons and it sends WAY too many unneccesary notifications. Website: terribly outdated and they don't even sell grill covers for the 1600. WHAT did I just spend all this money for??? When did Recteq become garbage?
