Q: Is a refill available? I feel like buying the hand pump is a waste of plastic.

I just saw a refill for this product but it's cheaper to buy the 3 pumps :-( The refill is a 32oz. I love the smell of this Lemon and Mandarin!!

EO and Everyone are two different brands that are made by the same manufacturer, EO Products. EO Products is a California-based family owned company founded in 1995 with the launch of the EO brand (packaged in blue bottles). Q: Why does this product contain benzyl alcohol? does that not dry out skin? seems like a harsh ingredient.

Benzyl alcohol is used as a preservative in this soap. It's a mild preservative and used in a very small concentration. This soap is pH balanced and is not drying. It also contains herbal extracts that actually help retain moisture and hydration in the skin.
