"My mobile stand arrived from Amazon with poor packaging—the box was old and lacked outer protection. I was disappointed with the delivery's handling, as it risked damaging the product. Despite the stand being sturdy with a heavy base, I'm satisfied with it. However, Amazon should improve packaging standards for better customer satisfaction. The heavy base also makes it suitable for using with an iPad, providing reassurance."
