Would give this product 10 stars if it was possible ... bucket made from high quality plastic, lightweight yet retains it's shape even whilst carrying when full. Very ingenious design allows user to remove excess fluid leaving the perfect amount of moisture on the mop. Mop sheets are really good quality, very easy to fit and readily available should you need replacements. Metal pole is easy to assemble and use. Nothing negative to say about this product. May at first glance appear a little pricey but having used it a few times feel it is worth every penny. Only wish I had bought one of these a few years ago when I had my new laminate kitchen floor installed.

Easy to use than traditional mop and bucket. Takes up a lot less space so much easier to store. Yes when you squeeze the dirty water out it goes into the clean water part but no different to traditional moping. I just mop the whole floor first then mop up/ dry the floor. Solid construction the weight of the water keeeps the bucket stable. It could be improved if you could insert the mop both ways to wet then you wouldn’t have to fill the bucket if you just doing a little clean. Just a small thing. Definitely an improvement on the old fashioned mop and bucket

Excellent mop. The best I have had so far and I have had many! Much stronger than the cheaper alternatives and really cleans the floor so well. The drain for the dirty water is also so much better as the top comes off very easily and you just pour it out. The cheaper ones I find traps water and the hole at the bottom doesn’t quite do the job. Really happy!

So far, so good. It seems failry sturdy and everything is good enough quality. Happy with the bucket robustness and length of the mop handle. I was a bit concerned that the bucket handle might be flimsy when it is full of water, but it seems to be strong to carry up and down the stairs. The mop head cloths are thick and fluffy, not like the previous ones that used to have, these feel better. Overall, pretty good for the price.

Great bit of kit - that folds down to fit compactly in the cupboard. Sadly doesn’t keep clean and dirty water separate but is great value and I love it.

Details are well-thought of, like the slots to insert the pad so it doesn't slip, the extra plastic panel that helps squeeze out water, and the drying section. Thanks for helping me clean :)

This product is not a Joymoop brand mop, and it comes with 2 pads not 4. Recommend you avoid.

Very small unit so takes little space however works really well on both traditional and non slip tiles.Would be useful to sell replacement heads but have ordered a product that should fit.A little expensive but happy with the results.
