accurate, durable and convenient
Both the thermometer and the meter reside in my pickup door pocket. They get a fair amount of use and abuse. Both work well and are accurate when gauged against similar tools.

Unsure of accuracy
It is difficult to determine the accuracy of this device. The grill went from 73 degrees to 243 degrees in the matter of 15 seconds. So I either have a very hot burner or a poor thermometer. The water sensor has not been tested.
