Used for nocturnal teeth grinding. One is soft another is hard as mentioned.

I bought two pieces of this product one for myself and other for my friend. I am still confused that it will straighten my teeth but for grinding it is best product. Its been one week since I am using this product but I really don't see any improvement. May be it will take time of One year as written in the product guide. Let us see. will It work or not.

Absolutely unusable!Doesn't mould when dipped in hot water, remains EXTREMELY HARD and hurts the gums.Totally useless worthless purchase which i regret👎🏽Look for other similar items.
