Needed a Smart-Speaker located in my shed for DoorBell alerts and access to all Google services. There is no AC power in the shed so this battery pack provides a handy solution. Although the battery base lasts for a couple of weeks before recharging is necessary my next step is to keep the battery base permanently recharged by connecting it to a solar panel mounted on the shed.

Really great product, looks perfect attached to the nest mini and works great.

This is a solidly made device. However the electronic design needs work. I find the only way to use it is to leave it permanently plugged in. Then I can use the Google Nest Mini as normal and remove the power cord when I want to use the Google Nest Mini as a portable device. But I don't believe it is good to have the power cord always charging the battery. There should be a switch to stop charging the battery but still leave the battery fully charged for when I want to use the Google Nest Mini as a portable device. With that caveat this is an excellent device, perhaps a revision 2 could improve things.

Relatively short battery life.

Ce support rechargeable est vraiment idéal quand on veut déplacer l'enceinte sans être obligé de débrancher le fil d'alimentation. Après 8 mois d'utilisation, la batterie ne tenait plus la charge. J'ai contacté le vendeur qui a pris immédiatement en compte le problème. Après quelques photos test, le vendeur m'a renvoyé une nouvelle base de batterie gratuitement. Problème résolu en une semaine ! Je conseille autant le produit que le vendeur qui a un excellent SAV.

Met de zomer in aantocht schafte ik de houder aan om buiten in de tuin van muziek te genieten. Probleemloos aangesloten en een paar avonden genoten van de Google Nest en de oplader. Enkele dagen geleden wilde ik het weer gebruiken maar toen ging de oplader niet aan, enkel kort knipperen van de controle lampjes. Contact opgenomen met de klantenservice die meteen reageerde. Uitermate vriendelijk en dienstverlenend. Dit is zoals klantenservice moet werken! Desgevraagd een videoclip opgestuurd om het probleem te illustreren. Per omgaande kreeg ik de melding dat een vervangend product zou worden opgestuurd. Steeds kreeg ik updates over de verzending. Kortom: tevreden over het product en wat belangrijker is tevreden over de klantenservice! Inmiddels het vervangend product ontvangen en dat werkt prima!
