These by far are the best probiotics out there. Yes, they are expensive but....you get what you pay for. THEY ARE WORTH THE MONEY Being a celiac I have tried almost every brand and this has become my go to for the last 10 years. When I am critical I take them throughout the day to get relief. the 150 billion are the only way to go. Quick results. Daily use helps decrease if not completely cut the constipation, digestive upset, bloat and gas.

An excellent product which has truly helped support my digestive system. Have been using it for a few years and feel very good. The only negative thing I can say is that it is expensive, and I feel fortunate to be able to afford it.

I am taking Hydrocodone for a serious spinal injury and I have been for many years. With that said. The hydrocodone has caused severe constipation issues. My doctor has prescribed everything from softeners to actual harsh laxatives and none of them worked without serious and pain full side effects. On the advice of a friend who is also on this type of pain medication since he too was injured in combat like me. He said that this ultimate Flora was his saving grace. I told him I have tried the all the Yogurt promises and it failed, I tried the Stuff at W- Mart and it Failed, I even tried other name brand Flora replacements that promise and did not come through on their advertised promises. So I wasn't to interested in any over the counter fake stuff again. But out of frustration I tired this Ultimate Flora critical care and OMG! for the first time since my use of pain meds, this stuff REALLY WORKS!! ( at least for me.) No more Constipation and even the digestion of foods and absorption the nutrients has remarkably changed. I get blood work done monthly as I'm / was seriously low vitamin B's and D's and very very low Iron. To the point of going to the hospital to get Iron injections. But after taking the Ultimate Flora, my absorption of these and other minerals has come up to better then average. Even my grey hair is turning back to salt and pepper, so It must be helping my absorption of minerals also. SO ALL THAT I CAN SAY IS THAT THIS IS THE BEST SPENT MONEY I HAVE EVER DONE. MY DOCTOR SAID THAT THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF FINALLY GETTING THE NUTRIENTS FROM MY FOODS HAS HELPED ME LOSE WEIGHT, BY CUTTING MY APPETITE. HE EVEN NOW RECOMMENDS THIS PRODUCT TO OTHER PATIENTS HE SEE'S AND TELLS THEM OF MY STORY. THIS PRODUCT HAS FREED ME FROM ISSUES OF CONSTIPATION AND VITAMIN & MINERAL DEFICIENCIES. I HAVE LABS TO PROVE THAT SOMETHING HAD DRAMATICALLY CHANGED MY BLOOD LEVELS AND THE ONLY THING THAT I HAD CHANGED WAS I GAVE THIS STUFF A 2 MONTH TRY AND IT WORKED. Probiotics have dramatically helped my life. So, picking the right one is huge. RenewLife's process is exemplary becuase no other PBio has had the consistent effect on me - better digestion, more energy, weight loss response to exercise, skin health, overall functioning - that RenewLife has had. That's my unscentific appraisal of this product. Sounds odd, but a way I tell PBio freshness is to, after putting my PBio's in the fridge where they belong after arrival, after a few days, I smell them. If they're fresh, they emit a distinctive, pleasant fragrance after removing the cap – like Apocalypse now, I love the smell of probiotics in the morning! And, unlke any other probiotic, it so happens that RenewLife's capsules are wonderfully aromatic to the point of delight at how I'm about to treat my body. And it so happens that, because Amazon is a big channel, their stock is freshest and the best-smelling source. Hence, being great seller product on Amazon means this probiotic is a great smeller! A word to the wise from a naturopath gastroenterologist (yes, they exist): Take probiotics with yogurt in the morning first thing (even before java if possible) to utilize the expanding effect of yogurt as PBio conveyor, repeater. Do it with cold water to speed up entry into the intestines and past the bossy stomach. I LOVE the smell of RenewLife probiotics in the morning!!

I could definitely see a difference in these compared to the ones I was taking. These are very powerful and hit my stomach pretty hard (the other ones didn't). I remembered seeing other people in the "one-star" section saying that they had the same problem with these so rather than rating them a single star and throwing them away (as those people did) I decided to do some research about it first. I found many things on the subject so here are just a few. Unless your symptoms are drastic and affecting you dramatically, don’t stop taking the probiotics – this period should pass. Simply downgrade your dose to every other day or cut in half. It will usually not last more than 3-7 days. Instead of taking on an empty stomach (which some say when probiotics are most effective), for the time being, start taking with food. You can change to taking on an empty stomach after your body has adjusted. *Be sure to know the quality of your probiotic. All supplements are not created equal! I*** My closing argument on Probiotics that make you sick: I was a germaphobe (until two weeks ago) so bad that I would wash my whole body (the top of my head to the bottom of my feet) in the shower with anti-bacterial soap in hopes of killing germs. I showered that way for many years. I somewhat recently was on antibiotics for two weeks as well and fell so ill that I began to research health like a crazy person because I was in frightening condition. A blessing in disguise I guess. So, why are these making me so ill? Because they're working. BIG TIME. I took them with food today and still started feeling very bad so I went to sleep for a few hours and made it through okay. I'll do what's necessary to get them working properly in my body. Absolutely amazing

I purchased the Item for use after some weeks antiobiotic use, and was drawn to the fact it uses 12-strains of bacillus, and was of a high-count. Also, due to my age, and a not stellar diet, I knew my e-colli was not doing the two-step. It was, on that count, very effective. May I add, TOO effective! It was able to restore a consistency I had not realized was there anymore. However, it also became necessary, at want at being insensitive, necessary to take a shower after every bm if I wanted to be fully "clean". I now know where bidets would have come in handy. And I am only getting into these details, because if you are spending this kind of money, and reading these kinds of numbers, you probably want to have measurables and observables. As nice as it was, to have bms every day, I must admit, after going away for a week, and having a "more normal" to me, that is, bm, I felt untethered to the toilet. So, that is why I give it 5xs. It's good; but, BeWare is what you're getting into. RETURNS: After giving it 60-days I was still getting loose stool, unformed, and I'm not sure if that's how its supposed to work, but I wasn't too happy with it.
