This is a 2-piece snap-on case. It's not overly tight, it has not damaged my MacBook Pro since it was installed almost a year ago. It's also not super thin, so if you like the slimness of your current MacBook Pro, this may not be to your liking. It does do a great job protecting from scratches, as I've accidentally dropped keys or similar into my bag with my laptop. Easy to remove. The black border around the edge of the cover creates the illusional of a smaller laptop. The rubber-plastic feet on the bottom help a bit in preventing too much sliding on smooth surfaces. Because the lid/display needs to be opened for use, the only part I've seen any mark on is the rear corner where there is no protection (see image). Other than that, it's a good shell case that's well built..

It’s sooo cute and keeps my computer safe. Fits my MacBook Pro 13” (2022 gen) perfectly fine! It looks looks kind of purple in the picture but it’s not, the color is exactly how I expected it to look, like a light pink. I’ve also had it for a while so it is a little dirty. The quality feels really good and it doesn’t seem like it’s gonna break with one drop. It has more of a texture, it’s not completely smooth but I don’t mind that at all.

Fits my 2018 13” MacBook Pro like a glove! I love the frosted look — gives a retro apple vibe. Sturdy/thick enough with some flexibility that makes it easy to install. No issues with opening or closing and it sits pretty much flush when closed. Nice cover for surface protection and aesthetic look 👍

This case is awesome! I love the pretty pink color and it’s the first case I’ve ever had that doesn’t crack around the edges. It’s thick and a bit flexible which gives it a lot of durability. Best case I’ve ever had!

This laptop case fits my 2018 MacBook Pro 13 inch with touchbar. I would NOT rely on this to protect your laptop it it falls or is crushed by anything. It covers the laptop, so you don’t have to clean it all the time and helps keep it safe it is gently bumped but I also keep my laptop in an actual padded laptop sleeve as well. The pink color is so cute also.

I picked up the BlueSwan Hard Shell Case for my 2019 MacBook Pro 13”, mainly to protect it from scratches and give it a fresh, more customized look — and it definitely does the job. The case is lightweight, easy to snap on, and fits snugly without affecting access to ports or screen motion. The matte finish resists fingerprints, and the overall look is clean and minimal. It adds just enough personality without being flashy or bulky. In terms of protection, it handles everyday wear and tear well. I feel confident sliding my laptop into a backpack or setting it down on different surfaces without worrying about scratches or light dings. However, if you’re looking for serious drop protection, this might not be the best option — the plastic shell is not padded, and it probably will not absorb much shock from a fall. Would I recommend it? Yes — if your main goal is scratch protection, light bump resistance, and a nicer look for your MacBook, this is a solid choice. Just keep in mind it’s not built like a rugged case.

Super cute, feels sturdy, looks like more of a dusty pink covering my silver MacBook Pro, but exactly what I expected! The case does not take away from the lightweight feel of the MacBook Pro. The case is not smooth, it has a texture much like very fine granite, but the appearance is smooth and cute! I’m shocked I was able to get this case for the price I did, I would highly recommend purchasing this case, the value for what you pay is great compared to other plastic cases I’ve had for my MacBook Pro. It took under a minute to attach to the computer, it snaps on super easily! I might add some stickers to the case later on if I get bored of it. My first impression is that I LOVE IT!!!! I added some photos of my MacBook in the case and also next to some other items for color comparison, along with how the case was received and packaged. The video is to show how it fits on my MacBook Pro 13” 2022 model. I also ran my fingernail over the case to give you an idea of the texture. Buy this!

I use this everyday. Feels like and protects my MacBook very well. Easy to install aswell and it’s not crazy thick like some other cases. Highly recommend

Nice matte finish with softer plastic on the boarder. Fits well and stays put. I had a hard plastic case previously and the corners cracked so badly to the point of it needing to be replaced. I'm hoping that because of the softer plastic on this one, it will be able to absorb impact better. I've had the case on my MacBook for weeks now and no cracking yet! Love the look of this case and the matte finish doesn't show fingerprints or dust!

Much better quality than one I ordered that was half the price. You get what you pay for. This one is higher quality and looks better. Very happy with this purchase. Fits perfectly. Highly recommend this product.
