I'll never be without one
In 2020 I ordered this walk-in tub hoping to relieve arthritis pain. It worked well. We sold that house in 2021 and I didn't have a walk-in for a year. My pain became so pronounced, it affected my mobility. I just bought and installed a second tub to reclaim the relief my first tub brought. A person who buys the same product a second time says it all. It's a very safe, convenient tub for any age, but especially for seniors and anyone suffering joint and muscle pain and stiffness. Unfortunately, the extension is relatively unusable in it's current state. The flanges on the tub and extension are not at 90 degrees and there is no way to just screw them together for a good look. Some bracing needs to be incorporated in the design.

How can you quality check this
We have to send it back because the door doesn’t close properly. It has been a hassle and to hire a plumber and the door doesn’t close, a licensed plumber said this will not work

Shoddy parts.
I'm very happy with the size of the tub, but the handle broke immediately after installation. Our plumber said i had been held by a single join and needs to be replaced.

Best Buy ever
This was a fabulous buy. I bought it because of a fall I had at beginning of year and felt a walk in tub would help should anything happen as I age. However my grandkids love the tub more than I do . It has so many features that I did not find in any of the tubs at local stores and at a much lower price than any I looked at.

Poor quality. Unable to honor warranty on defective part
Failed on first attempt to use in early April. No repair parts available!! After over 25 calls (Amazon customer service also tried). Still no part available. Amazons final solution was to ship a $3000 tub for me to remove the handle the return the tub without handle. Amazon proved once again why I will always go through them. They made it right even when the manufacturer would not!

The good and the not so good
My son and daughter-in-law ordered this tub for me once I started having trouble getting in and out of my regular one. They ordered thru Amazon and it arrived on time and in good condition. The delivery drivers were nice enough to bring it inside for us which was a great help. What I can say is before you even begin to set this up be sure to have a plumber, an electrician and even a carpenter check the room to see what wil be needed to be done. We had to have the floor reinforced, the electrical updated and some new plumbing items. Took sometime to get everything coordinated and done, so I had the tub in my living room for 3 weeks. It cost around $1400.00 to get the work done. But I will say that its definitely been worth it so far. Yes it takes awhile to fill but draining is super fast. The door is pretty narrow so getting in and out is a little difficult if you're overweight. But once you're in and the tub has filled its wonderful. The tub holds the heat, the jets are healing and the lights definitely add ambience. All in all I'm happy with this purchase. My plumber did want me to add that its the first and the last walk in tub he's installed. He wasn't happy with the directions that came.
