For the last 11 months I was unexpectedly struck with constant panic/anxiety attacks that happen randomly throughout the day. I don’t like the taste of mushrooms but want the benefits from them so decided to try these. I bought them for my 97 pound dog and myself for immune support and she has no problem with having the contents inside the capsule mixed into her food. I will continue to take mine as they are inside the capsule. I did see the reviews where the bottle has a warning about being exposed to lead in the state of California. This may seem very concerning to most but there is lead and metals in a lot of the soil everywhere around the world. California has to put labels advising people of this. You see notices all over California in hotel rooms, etc telling you this regarding the water as well. We can and do ingest alot of heavy metals from our water and soil as well as the fruits and vegetables that grow in and with them. We can’t escape it…BUT… If you are worried about heavy metals you can detox from them with calcium bentonite clay, food grade diatomaceous earth, and activated coconut charcoal and purified water (a Berkey is great for this) once a week or however often you decide is best. With that said, there is no reason to deny yourself the benefits of healthy mushrooms, water, fruits, veggies, etc just because of the warning of ingesting lead or other metals. It is a disclaimer they have to put in the label to let you know. If you were to avoid everything with lead or heavy metals you would scarcely eat or drink. So, please don’t be concerned about the warning on the bottle as it is standard practice in the state of California due to the metals in the soil. Hope this helps and I will most likely continue to purchase these.

I initially purchased this product for my daughter and now I will be ordering it for myself.
