Just like the video and works great ! Used ut when trimming a tree to pull.branches away from the house (grappling hook mode) and was a snap every time. Great product!

This is one of those tools that you'll never need it, until you need it. Extremely well built and versatile. The first time I pulled it out and used it in front of a few friends was to retrieve a tool that fell off the scaffold . They all stared at me and one said " Who the Hell are you, Batman ? "Where did you get that thing? "

I am a professional ropesman. This little guy made it very easy to pick items from the ground while on a roof. I was surprised even more that I was able to drop items and unlatch from the roof too. Will definitely make my loadings and unloadings more efficient... gonna buy more for my associates...I do wish it was just a little bigger, but overall, it does well...I don't think I will be using the grappling hook attachment, it seems rather small over all..I will prolly continue using my 3 arm g.h.... overall good buy

Very nice compact. Easy to store. Light weight yet strong and study. I used to retrieve and move a couple of nylon ropes. Excellent for its size and cost.

I am more then satisfied as this does all I want/need. I also think the seller, manufacturer is missing a large market. The market of the elderly and mobility hampered. I walk with a cane, picking up a dropped item is most difficult. This hook makes it very easy to pick dropped items; just drop it over the item and pull up on the cord. I would recommend to anyone who has difficulty stooping over. Well worth the investment.

Bought to pull over small trees while felling them. Works ok. Nice bit of heft to attach to a small line and toss. Seems to hold a pretty decent load when pulled. Would seriously dissuade anybody from putting their bodyweight (or life) on this little thing though. MFG rates it for about 700lbs? -doubtful. Costs 15 smackers and arrives in an envelope? Fits in the palm of your hand, don't put your life on it. The three bolts holding it together seem to need some tightening as well. If I ever hook this to a 2000lbs come-along and it does not fail, this review will require updating.
