These are great!
I'm not sure how I survived cooking and baking in the kitchen without a pair of those, all these years, without major burns and scars! Been baking sourdough bread for a few months now and I got tired using kitchen towels to handle hot oven stuff. So I bought these beauties! The extra long thick fabric cuff is A MUST! I didn't think so when I was looking for a pair but using it now, I realize how important it is! I handled 500F plus cast iron straight from the oven without any issues. I usually, as in 99%, handle stuff that is 450F and below. These gloves are perfect. Easy to put on and take off. Soft inside. Nice grip. Easy to wash and dry. A great product.

Best Oven Mitts I've Ever Had
This is my first pair of non-cloth oven mitts, and they're great! The insulation is excellent, so I can hold hot pans longer than I could with cloth mitts. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm pretty good at taking something out of the oven without enough planning. ("Oh crap, that's not going to fit there...") I also don't burn myself because of a wet spot, which on cloth mitts, totally negates the insulation. Because they're rubbery and they have fingers, they grip well. They're a little clumsy with smaller things, as they're just a tiny bit stiff, but nowhere near as clumsy as cloth mitts. For example, I used them to remove hot George Foreman grill plates, and put them in the sink. It was awkward because of the little clips holding the plates, but not too bad, and I didn't feel any heat while working on that. I like that I can just pick up searing grill plates (or pans), put them right into a sink full of hot water, and simply rinse the mitts. I can pull boiled eggs right out of the water, or corn out of the steamer. I should have bought a pair of these years ago. Theyre definitely a worthy investment. One other detail is that I have large hands with long fingers. I wear size XL gloves, and these fit ok. They feel just slightly snug/short in the fingers, but it doesn't interfere, and they're still new, so they might soften a little.

Excellent gloves with one short flaw.
I do a lot of cooking in a smoker and on a large grill/griddle and needed a comfortable, flexible, heat resistant glove, that was liquid proof. There are a lot of grilling gloves on the market that are heat resistant to 500+ degrees but they are just layered fabrics and you can't lift a piece of meat out of the smoker without the hot juices quickly soaking through and burning you. But most liquid proof silicone gloves are too bulky, or uncomfortable to wear as anything more than a glorified pot holder. These gloves are a great compromise between waterproof silicone and flexible heat resistant material. The goods: these gloves are waterproof and heat proof, and the glove interiors are lined with material to make them comfortable to wear. While they are silicone and too bulky to be considered nimble, they are more flexible than most silicone gloves and are flexible enough to use griddle spatulas and tongs while wearing them. Best of all, I can lift a whole roast, brisket, or stack of ribs right off the smoker without burning my hands and the juices don't seep through. I can also just wash my hands with the gloves on for quick and easy clean up. The not so good: Short fingers. I am a man with what I would consider fairly average sized hands for a man. The fingers on these gloves are about 1/2 to 5/8 of an inch shorter from tip to joint than my fingers. This means "finger joint or flex point falls between my knuckle and first finger joint. While this isn't a game ending problem, it does mean a much more limited range of motion for anyone with even moderately larger hands. I wish they offered a small and a large size, with the large having a little more finger length for larger hands. Honestly, most men will have the same issue with the finger length, I by no means have "long" fingers or unusually large hands. These gloves are a five star for anyone with smaller hands, and would probably be a five for me and larger hands if the finger length issue wasn't so blatantly problematic.

I would buy again
If you have small hands, they’re a little clumsy at first. I use them when I’m canning and have to stir things that are boiling hot like jam because sometimes it pops up at you and I’ve gotten burned in the past. They worked really well for that I’d buy them again. I just wish they were a little bit smaller.

Best cooking gloves.
Have wanted a good pair of cooking gloves for a long time. These do everything I need and when holding a heavy hot container, nothing feels like it will slip from you grasp. Very comfortable and not a bad price. So far have not experienced any heat passing through the gloves to my hands.

Great gloves - but a tight fit
Really like the gloves - heat protecting, easy to clean grill goo off of them, and the "extra" wrist guard are nice. The lining makes them comfortable - NOTE: after wearing them frequently for a week -- the fit is looser and more comfortable; easier on and off -- I really like these! BUT... BUT... the lining also makes them seem "small" compared to what you might expect for grill gloves. I am female with long skinny fingers and they seemed tight on me. My husband really likes them, but he had to pay a lot of attention to HOW he put them on to be able to get them on. The pinky slot seems to be "closed" and it takes some pushing to get your hands in. It wasn't a major hassle, but I could see a problem if you needed to get something off quickly - having to mess with getting the glove on, vs. just sticking your hand inside.

Fits well and keeps the heat out!
These gloves arrived. one for the left hand and one for the right hand. I have medium hands as a guy and my wife has smaller lady hands. the gloves fit us just fine. there is some room for larger hands.. but we can use the gloves with no hinderance. I've removed items from a Ninja Foodi, a regular oven and a bbq grill.. no issues at all with heat or grip. I like that they cover part of the forearm.. so when you reach in.. yer pretty much covered if you bump a hot rack or sidewall. nice job! The construction seems solid and feels like it will last. time will only tell. So we like the gloves and have no issues with them. would buy again if needed.
