this magnesium powder smelled strongly like melted plastic, scary! the inside of the lid was also damaged, looked as if it had been exposed to excess heat and/or moisture. i threw it away and won't be trying this brand again.

I was having sleep issue...could sleep only 3 to 4 hrs int he night... with taking magnesium now I sleep longer and my performance in work and at home has become better.
