Fits great, looks great, only shaved the bottom of fan off a little but truck has been smashed so probably fine if not. Might keep truck a little too cool if you live in cold places. Michigan has been in 20s and my truck stays at 170 since install.

Bought this radiator, due to my wife's plastic tanks on her OEM radiator cracking. This is on a 2014 GMC Yukon XL with the 5.3l. Great looking radiator out of the box. All the welds look good and absolutely no plastic! I did not use the transmission cooler, as I installed a separate transmission cooler on this truck prior to the radiator going bad. Installed was 30 minutes. Very simple. Everything lined up properly. I did put some Teflon tape on the nut that holds the drain plug before install. I also pre fitted the OEM alignment tabs on the the bottom of the radiator before install. This required a small piece of rubber hose over the existing aluminum tabs to secure a snug fit to the OEM alignment bushings. I also trimmed 1/4 of an inch off of the fan shroud. All in all, a very simple install and a fairly well made product. I've only put roughly 500 miles on this radiator since purchased, so I can not speak for longevity, however there are no leaks and it cools sufficiently.

Does not correctly fit a 04 avalanche without some modifications which i did and thought was fine. Temp never got over 160 throughing a check engine light for a open thermostat. Changed thermostat still running cold. This radiator is more for performance use or use with electric fans or use in hot climates. We are starting to get into the cold months here on the east coast and the vehicle doesnt get hot enough to heat the cab. Money wasted

I t came warped from the welding gig but it fit well and cools extremely well. So other than the appearance. I think it is a very good unit that works extremely well.

This radiator is 100% cooler than the radiator that freakin GM put in my truck. They put a 1 core radiator in my 2002 Chevy Tahoe and last week my vehicle vapor locked because of extreme heatwave that we had. Now my temperature gauge does not go past 160 while I'm driving. I set my custom electric fans to kick on at 185 when idling in traffic & they cool down to 172. So this 3 core/row radiator is doing a excellent job keeping my motor cool and the air conditioner is even colder now also. Awesome!!! I should've been purchased an aluminum three row radiator... I'm waiting for a heatwave day 🔥 to come now. It's early July 2025. I believe HOT, MUGGY, HUMID days are definitely coming too... Functionality: Works superb so far... Look: Awesome aluminum look compared to the factory plastic & aluminum... Fit: Fit is perfect. No complaints.

It's been 4 months and this does not leak or allow my engine to overheat. Beautiful Common Sense idea with no plastic.

Radiator is nice clean look but fans are not too good my 2003 Tahoe has trouble cooling on a hot day in traffic or at an idle looking to upgrade the fans themselves

Good price on the set. I think the radiator is good quality, nice welds on all the seams and outlets and trans cooler lines went right in. The fan shroud is nice as well but the fans however were disappointing. Opon install they both were shaking horribly out of balance and ended up using an older efan that I had and balanced one of the new efans by installing rivets at the end of the blades. I tow a lot and thought that the 3 row 34” radiator was a good idea as I live in Florida. Watch out these are efficient my truck doesn’t even warm up and rarely even turns the fans on! If I had to do it over again I would buy a 28” core the factory size for my half ton Silverado but would not buy their fans unless they improve.
