Very good customer service, for a very good and hypoallergenic brand.

This is a great quality supplement. I always read the label for all other ingrediences and make sure that there is no Stearic Acid, Vegetable Sterate or/and Magnesium Stearate. This product is pure with the high quality of Folate, not Folic Acid - a synthetic version of folate, that even people with MTHFR variants can process. I highly recommend this product.

I only took this 3 different times and each time I ended up with horrible smelly gas. I did some research at the National Institutes of Health. It states the required amount of folate needed for adults is 400 mcg per day. it says says the upper limit is 1000 mcg per day to avoid adverse health effects. The dosage on this is 5000 mcg per capsule! Do your research before starting any new supplement. There are a lot of other side effects, some serious and irreversible.
