Q: Does it have tabs on the corners?

I don't think it does. I didn't open it, I returned it. I did purchase another size and color, it had no tabs.

Q: what is the fiber content? polyester?

It says that it is 100% microfiber. I’m not sure how true that is but it feels really nice
