Works great! Super easy to install and pair with the openers.

The wireless keypad is nice. The thing I really like is that it has a cover that keeps the rain and snow from the push buttons. It was a little complicated to program but with the excellent customer support I did get it working. It is reliable and the backlight is great. I always review customer reviews before purchasing online and reviews of TOPENS items were mostly good. I did find one small issue with this keypad, the screws that were provided to mount the keypad on a post seemed different from any screws I have ever seen. When I tried to use them all four of them broke off with very little force. If TOPENS reads reviews I would advise them to go through their inventory of products that have these screws and replace them with regular ones instead of really cheap ones. TOPENS products are really good quality and don’t deserve this little problem.

The Keypad has been an amazing addition to our Topens automatic gate. We installed it on the outside of our driveway and are able to program it with numerous codes - some permanent and some temporary guest codes. This has enabled us to give access to authorized folks when we are away on vacation as well as special delivery of products. It was very easy to install and has withstood the many rain/snow storms. A must have if you have the Topens gates.

Worked for 30 days and the battery died. Replaced the battery and it worked for a few days and now no longer works. This is the second remote opener option I’ve tried from Topens and they both haven’t lasted. I don’t recommend buying these accessories. They’re overpriced to begin with!

Small, light weight, and durable. The key pad works great in our application. We attached it to the Topens PW802 Gate Opener and it works perfect. I did have 1 slight issue programming the unit. The instructions left out important advice, but the Support Team (Laura in specific) was extremely responsive and very knowledgeable with her advice. Issue was resolved immediately. I can't say enough about Customer Support, they are excellent!! Once Laura edited the instructions to "press the buttons slowly" it worked perfect!! I was in too much of a rush. Very simple once she guided me. Thumbs up on this one.

Installation and setup was pretty straigt forward, it worked for a while with the wire I ran underground but then started acting up. I contacted Topens and they quickly helped me out by isolating the problem. Either my cable went bad somewhere (I did have to splice in a 15ft section to make it longer) or there is interference in the control box which they said could sometimes happen. Either way, once I disconnected the 4 pin cable and ran it with the wireless setup it started working fine with my AT602 gate opener. I would by again, I just wish didnt bother with the cable setup or took more caution with running the cable.

The keypad is easy to use and programmed easily. It's nice to have access for our guests.

Unit did not work to open a garage door opener. It programed the master code No Problem. It programed the garage door opener code No Problem. When I tried to open the garage door, as soon as 4th number was entered, it would flash and not work. Contacted manufacturer's customer service for assistance. They could not diagnosis the issue. Sent pictures of wiring. Problem could not be rectified. Ended up returning the unit.

This wireless keypad has been installed since October 2024 and stopped working 2 weeks ago. There is no product support for Canadians (it won’t allow me to access their website based on my location) and I can’t find any warranty help on Amazon. There is no phone number to reach a person and no email support. The rest of the system works good, but now I have no keypad for it.

Couldn't get wireless to work. Waste of money

Works fine was simple to program and paired easily with the gate. The problem I had with it was that the back plate is held in place with a tiny Phillips screw that you have to screw into the backplate from below. The little screw falls off your screw driver because its a phillips and is non magnetic. Its so tiny that you can't find it on the floor. A Robertson screw would not do this. A different method of attachment would be better. How about a magnet, a plastic clip , a bigger screw, put the screw in the top ........ support was great
