Bought to help with general joint pain and inflammation, I can honestly say they have made a big difference, so much so that I preach about them to all my friends and family. I really do notice the difference if I don’t take them. I’m not saying they are a miracle cure but they ease my symptoms enough that I don’t wince in pain whenever I stand up. I can’t say they have the same effect for everyone but they are worth a try. Update: After taking every day as I said above I hadn’t realised your body builds up a resistance and the efficacy reduces. After further research 3-4 times a week is recommended.

Bought as part of a combination of nutritional items to guard against gout. They are definitely working as I've had no gout for a while. Small enough to swallow easily, and flavourless these are ideal. Only if they were smaller could they be improved upon. Recommended and will buy again.
