Ashwagandha has become one of my favorite herbs. I hadn't realized just exactly how much benefit I was deriving from it until I ran out. 3 things that became apparent after about 3 days of missing it. * My overall mood took a dive & I became "Grumpy-pants Nan". * My sleep became disrupted. * The sense of well-being I had enjoyed (prior to running out) was suddenly non-existent. I was surprised at just how awful I felt. It was a valuable learning experience, I'll not soon forget. And Yes, I recommend this product & I would buy it again.
