came in original packaging. no cape. i contacted seller, they advised to return if i am unsatisfied. I'd rather they just update to product discription, as it is misleading

When this arrived it was clear why the cape was not included. The listing described the item as bagged - which I took to mean that it was packaged. Nope. It was the incomplete used lego minifigure in a sandwich bag, so not suitable as a gift. Disappointing - they retailed at around £3.50 when released, but for £10 this was not so good.
