Our Weighted Exercise Hoops have been designed to combine the ideal size and weight to help you lose weight, trim your waist line, build stamina, and improve your overall fitness level. Both the Regular adult 42 inch diameter and the small adult 38 inch diameter are ideal for adult exercise and just plain fun. The large size and weight make these hoops easy to initiate and maintain the hooping rotation.
